Growth & Vaccines
How do I log my baby's measurements?
Go to Growth from the home screen. Tap Add Measurement to record weight, height/length, and head circumference. Enter the date and values, and Bloomlet will plot them on your baby's growth chart.
What are WHO growth percentiles?
Bloomlet plots your baby's measurements against the World Health Organization (WHO) growth standards. Percentiles show how your baby compares to other children of the same age and sex. For example, the 50th percentile means your baby is right in the middle. WHO growth percentile charts are free for all users. Free
How do I track vaccines?
Go to Vaccines from the home screen. You'll see a recommended vaccine schedule. Tap any vaccine to mark it as completed and record the date it was administered. You can also add notes about the provider or lot number.
What vaccine schedules are available?
Bloomlet includes the standard childhood immunization schedule recommended by the CDC/WHO. The schedule covers vaccines from birth through early childhood. It serves as a convenient reference — always confirm with your pediatrician.
How do I see my baby's immunization status?
The Vaccines screen shows a progress overview of completed vs. upcoming vaccines. Each vaccine displays its status — completed, upcoming, or overdue — so you can see at a glance what's next.
