What is Bloom Spot?
Bloom Spot is Bloomlet's sleep prediction feature. It analyzes your baby's wake-window patterns to predict the next optimal time for sleep. Predictions include a confidence level so you know how reliable each suggestion is.
How does wake-window prediction work?
Bloom Spot learns from your baby's sleep history β when they fell asleep, how long they slept, and how long they stayed awake. Over time, it builds a model of your baby's natural rhythms and predicts the best time for their next nap or bedtime.
Will I get a notification before predicted sleep time?
Yes. Bloom Spot sends a push notification 15 minutes before the predicted sleep time, giving you time to start your wind-down routine. Make sure notifications are enabled for Bloomlet in your device settings.
Is there an AI-enhanced version?
With Premium, Bloom Spot's predictions are enhanced by Bloomlet AI for greater accuracy and additional analysis. You'll also see AI-generated explanations of each prediction to help you understand your baby's sleep patterns. Premium
